We create Ecuadorian cuisine inspired by the flavors and elements that have historically been part of our lives, presenting our products in a contemporary setting that reflects the purity, essence, and origin of our food.
We are currently on the Pawkar Raymi tasting menu. Our experience changes every three months according to the agricultural cycle: Fertility, sowing, flowering, and harvest guide the essence of our cuisine in the celebration of each Raymi, embracing the diversity of Ecuador’s four regions.
